1. Data Controller

The data controller is responsible for the processing of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).


2. Hosting and Server Log Files

When you visit this website, information is automatically transmitted by your browser to the servers of our service providers and stored in so-called server log files. This includes:

  • IP address
  • Date and time of access
  • Name and URL of the accessed file
  • Website from which the access is made (referrer URL)
  • Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider

This data is processed to ensure system security, stability, and proper website functionality.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest).


3. Contact Form

When you contact us via the contact form, we process the information you provide: your name, email address, message and timeline and – if provided – your company and the selected project types. We use this data solely to handle your inquiry and, where applicable, to prepare an offer.

Your message is delivered to us by email via our service provider Resend (see section 5).

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (your consent, given via the checkbox in the form) and, where your inquiry relates to entering into a contract, Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by contacting us at info@fullstacked.dev. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected.

We delete your inquiry once it has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations require us to keep it (e.g. if it leads to a contract).


4. Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To protect the contact form against spam and automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Turnstile is only loaded when you submit the contact form. Cloudflare then processes your IP address, the TLS fingerprint and the user agent of your browser, together with information about our website; our server also passes your IP address to Cloudflare when it verifies the result. According to Cloudflare, this data is used solely to detect and block bots, not to identify, profile or target individuals.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (our legitimate interest in protecting the contact form against abuse).

5. Use of Service Providers

We use the following processors to operate and secure our website:

  • Vercel – Website hosting
  • Cloudflare – DNS management and bot protection for the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile, loaded only when the form is submitted)
  • Resend – Delivery of messages sent via the contact form

These providers may process personal data on our behalf. Data may be transferred to third countries (e.g. the USA). Such transfers are carried out in accordance with Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, based on EU Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).


6. Cookies and Tracking

This website does not use tracking, analytics, or marketing cookies. We use a technically necessary cookie to store your selected language preference so the website can be displayed in your chosen language on future visits. This cookie does not require your consent, as it is essential for the proper functioning of the website (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). When you submit the contact form, the bot check described in section 4 additionally takes place.


7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Withdrawal of consent (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
